The Integral

There are several multi-day hikes in and around the Sierra Nevada. The most well known being “The Integral de los Tres Mils” a traverse of all of the 3000m peaks starting from the Postero Alto Refuge and ending at either Lanjaron or Niguelas.

We offer this trip over six days with five nights out (3 wild camping, 1 in the Refugio Poqueira and another in a stone shelter).

The best months to undertake this route are July, August and September. We only run this for groups, please contact us for more details.

The GR240

The GR 240 Spain’s longest long distance footpath circumnavigates the Sierra Nevada in 19 stages. The path passes through a lot of wild inaccessible parts of the Sierra Nevada, but is reasonably well sign posted.

Of all the 18 nights out, only 2 are in villages and 1 at a mountain refuge, so it is essentially 15 nights of wild camping with some stone shelters. Sierra Nevada guides are able to provide some support if you are wishing to undertake this trek using our 4×4 vehicle for a mixture of food drops or transporting you to hostels.
