Bookings, Payment and Cancellations Policy for guided walks and scrambles.

Bookings will only be confirmed once payment has been received.

Once we have confirmed acceptance of your booking we will not cancel the event unless the forecast weather would make continuing unwise or unsafe.

If you wish to cancel prior to 28 days before the event, we will offer you a refund subject to an administration charge to cover our banking and other costs.  This is currently £5. If you cancel giving less than 28 days notice, we will not offer a refund.

If you wish to alter your booking to attend another, similar event on our programme we will try and accommodate this if you give us at least 7 days notice. However we will only accept such an amended booking once per original booking.

All our events will start at the time stated in the programme or joining instructions.  If you arrive late we may have departed and there will not be a refund or alternative event offered.

Bookings, Payment and Cancellations Policy for Holidays and Multi-day events.

To make a booking with us, you need to make contact and establish that there is a place still available for you. At this point if there is a place available, we will ask you for a 10% deposit.

Once we have confirmed receipt of your deposit we will not cancel the event.

We have to point out that there are risks to any mountain or upland activity, and by making a booking with us, you are accepting this and will tell us about any health or other difficulties you may have which could affect your safety.
